By roasting a medley of vegetables—think zucchini, tomatoes, capsicums, sweet potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and garlic—and blending them with herbs, milk, and low-fat cottage cheese, Candice and Lisa have created a creamy delight that passes under the radar of even the pickiest eaters. According to Ms. Walker, who has taken on the role of tuckshop convenor, the kids truly have no clue about the hidden gems in their pasta. "We wanted to find something healthy that we could get the kids to eat without them knowing they were eating vegetables," she explained.
