Morning Routine Magic

Lucy is an early bird and sets multiple alarms before waking up at 7 a.m. “When that alarm rings at six, I make it a point to get up, brew coffee for both of us, and catch up on the news with ABC News Breakfast,” he says. By 7 a.m., he’s prepping school lunches, and by 8:30, he’s off on the school run. This structured routine helps him kickstart each day effectively.

“After dropping off the girls, I love to hit the aquatic center for a quick swim,” he shares. “It’s refreshing, and then I get to my studio, which is essential for clearing my mind before diving into my projects. If I time it right by leaving a little later, I can avoid the traffic and have more time to do what I love.”
