Renner has been proactive in keeping his followers updated on the developments surrounding the Davis Fire. In his posts, he documented the intense moments, including images of airplanes flying overhead as they worked tirelessly to combat the flames. “From my driveway,” he captioned a striking photo emphasizing how close the fire came to his home.

Located about 20 miles (32.2 kilometers) from Reno, the uncontained Davis Fire reportedly expanded to approximately 10 square miles (26 square kilometers) after igniting on a Sunday afternoon. Starting in the Davis Creek Regional Park in Washoe Valley, firefighters noted that the fire was blazing through dense timber and brush.
Governor Joe Lombardo issued an emergency declaration for Washoe County after around 20,000 individuals were evacuated from various neighborhoods, parks, and local businesses to ensure their safety.
