Toyah Willcox's Strictly Pressure and Star Inspiration

Actor Sarah Hadland recently shared her experience of feeling nervous on the first day of rehearsals for the popular show Strictly Come Dancing. But she wasn't alone in her anxiety. Fellow contestant Toyah Willcox, renowned for her fiery punk music throughout the 70s and 80s, admitted that her nerves left her nearly speechless that day. It’s quite surprising, especially considering Toyah had spent five long years yearning to participate in the show.
"I have to admit, when I walked in on our first day, I couldn't even find the words," shares the vibrant 66-year-old. "Dancing is genuinely one of the most extraordinary aspects of being human. I absolutely adore it!" she exclaims. "It’s the finest way to express oneself and connect with our emotions." So, how does Toyah plan to tackle her nerves as she embarks on this new journey?
